Happy?? Do u want to be.....Here r few ways to lead
Isn't it better to make every attempt to live a happy and satisfied life and help others to do the same? A famous person once said, "Give enough people what they want and you will get what you want too." The problem is that negative circumstances and problems seem to crowd our lives. The result is that often people become overwhelmed, discouraged and depressed. How can you move from feeling negative, despite all that is around you that makes you feel much less positive than you would like to be? Below are "10 Steps to Being Happy Now". Just hav a look at it.
1. Decide ur way: Just realize the fact, whether good or bad its just feelings, which means u can change them. Its u who deciding it to feel in a certain way. None others can say u how to feel.
2. Think over: Our mind is like a computer, it will play back to us watever u give it. If we focus on -ve things, then this will result result in our thought and actions ending up in doing negative things. Whenever u get a -ve thinking just replace with a +ve thing.
3. Evaluate:Reflect on all the good things there are in your life. The fact that you are even able to evaluate your situation and move toward some positive outcome is a good thing.
4. Smart actions: We can also say feeling as a signal that our body gives you to tak action. So be aware of it, evaluate it smartly n take steps instead of ending up in doing wrong actions which makes the condition to get more worse.
5. Burry the past: Sometimes events trigger negative associations from the past and we are not even aware of this. A long passed event buried in our subconscious mind can resurface. Therefore be as aware of your past as possible and reinforce negative events with positive ones in your mind.
6. Spend Time: Take time to step outside of your situation and do some good for someone else. Even if it is just listening to someone or offering your time to them. This is a worthwhile contribution and a valuable gift. Time is limited so when you give some away for the good of others, you really are giving of yourself.
7. Way of thinking: Remember that the person you are now is the result of all your past thoughts and actions. So, u hav to use ur thoughts in a +ve way, it might ur outcomes so that u begin living a more fulfilled n happy life.
8. Be an optimist: Have it in mind, a sad or depressed circumstances is only for a specific time. U got to realise and come out of it with a fresh outlook and optimism.
9. Ur attitude: Resolve that the most important choice you can make on a daily basis regardless of your circumstance is your choice of attitude.
10.Materialistic things can't bring happiness: Being happy is not dependent on what you have. Some of the poorest people on the planet are the happiest. In contrast, some of the richest are the unhappiest. If you set your happiness on things, you will always be disappointed. True happiness comes from inside. This is often related to finding something bigger than us to believe it.

Do u want to remove viruses from ur pen drive????
In pen drive, we can often find new folder or some viruses created. Even if we format the pen drive, again when using some other system these files get automatically created or viruses can be found. How to avoid this virus?????????
Here s the way, i hope many knew this but i am posting it for the one's who dont know about it....
Here s the way, i hope many knew this but i am posting it for the one's who dont know about it....
- Connect the pen drive to the USB port.
- Just check out the drive which s available for ur pen drive (ex: H:/).
- Click Start->Run->Type cmd->Press Enter key.
- In the command prompt type H: and press enter
- Then in Dos prompt type the following dir/w/o/a/p and press enter
- Now it will display all the files fed in your pen drive.
- Check whether any of the files which listed below exists. Autorun.inf, NewFolder.exe, Bha.vns, Iexplore.vbs, Info.exe, Newfolder.exe, Ravman.exe, RVHost.exe, also other unnecessary files with .exe extension.
- If u notice these type of files, its definitely virus files, how to get rid of it. Type the command attrib -h-r-s-a*.* then press enter.
- The delete the files by typing the command del file name.
- For more security use gud antivirus software and scan the pen drive once.
